Glacier Express ride upto Zermatt
How we got there
We got to Chur from Interlaken west by a direct train in order to board the GLACIER EXPRESS train from Chur to Zermatt. The journey from Interlaken to Chur lasted for 3 hours, we got there by 10 am and took the GLACIER EXPRESS at 11 am to reach Zermatt by 5 pm. The tickets were reserved online well in advance.
Where we stayed
We stayed in Interlaken West , City Chalet, 6-7 min walk from the Interlaken west railway station.
How we got around
We got around the Zermatt Old city by foot.
