Calliers Chocolate factory in Broc Fabrique , Cheese factory in La Maison du Gruyere , walk upto Gruyeres castle.

How we got there

A train from Interlaken West to Ost (east ), A train to Fribourg from there ; Further a train to Bulle and finally the Broc Fabrique train to reach the Chocolate factory. This entire journey lasted about 3 hours. Further a train later to reach the cheese factory.

Where we stayed

We stayed in Interlaken West , City Chalet, 6-7 min walk from the Interlaken west railway station.

How we got around

We got around on foot around the chocolate and cheese factory.
