How we got there
Pisa was an easy day trip from Florence - A train from Florence Campo de Marte Station to Florence Santa Maria Novella followed by a direct train to Pisa Central from there. The journey lasted less than 2 hours. A bus outside the Pisa station to the Leaning Tower stop - Bus Tickets were bought from a general store outside the Pisa station. Tickets for the tower climb were purchased online, in advance.
Where we stayed
We stayed in an Airbnb apartment in Florence, which was at a 5 minute easy walk from the Firenze campo di Marte railway station.
How we got around
We got around Pisa by foot and bus.
